student to practice identification of
all anatomical landmarks relevant to
conducting adult CPR training.

2. Warranty: - Standard Warranty for One Year against any manufacturing defect, from the date of supply. The
Warranty is applicable only if the Equipment is used in the prescribed manner. No accidental damages, misuse,
improper handling, to any part of the Equipment or its accessories will be covered under this warranty.
3. Payment Terms: 100% immediately upon receipt and installation of stores.
4. Supply Period: Ex Stock or 8-12 weeks from the date of receipt of confirmed order.
5. Force Majeure: Standard Force Majeure clause will apply.
6. Validity of Offer: This offer is valid for 180 days.
7. Jurisdiction: Any dispute relating to this offer shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at New Delhi only.
