Incorporation Date 1998

2021 - June: Encore Event Technologies Group announced it had entered into a strategic partnership with Intrado Corporation for the
delivery of enterprise-grade fully integrated virtual events.

2019 - October: Encore Event Technologies Group's parenty entity, the Freeman Group was acquired by PSAV, a US-Based event
and production services company

2018 - July: The company completed a rebranding initiative from 'Staging Connections' to 'Encore Event Technologies', to align with
the wider Encore Event technologies group.

2017 - August: The company sold Freeman Pte. Limited to another division within the Freeman Group.

June: Staging Connections Group established new companies in Signapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea,
Macau and the Philippines.

2016 - January: As part of an internal restructure, TFCH (UK) Limited became the parent entity of the company. Freeman Audio
Visual Inc remained the ultimate parent.

Connections Group Pty Limited.

July: AAV entered into a non-binding Heads of Agreement to acquire the business of Stageworks, an event's and staging business
operating in far north Queensland.

June: AAV entered into a binding Heads of Agreement to acquire Exhibitions and Trade Fairs Pty Limited. AAV sold its 51% interest
in the DVD, CD, VHS and audio cassette manufacturing joint venture AAV Regency Pty Limited.

2005 - December: AAV Limited signed an Implementation Agreement for the company's, Staging Connections business to acquire a
51% interest in the mainland China-based events services company, ETG.

August: AAV sold its digital media services operations to Omnilab Pty Limited and its broadcast rentals business to Becker Group
Limited.

2003 - AAV signed a joint venture agreement with Regency Recordings Pty Ltd and also acquired Staging Connections Pty Limited,
an Australian-based provider of audio visual and staging services.

2002 - November: The company changed its name to AAV Limited.
