3:00 PM – 4:30 PM: Snack break and relaxation (unwind after school)
5:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Short break (stretch, move around, refresh your mind)
8:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Review and practice what you’ve learned (mix and match subjects)
9:30 PM – 10:30 PM: Relaxation and unwinding (take a short walk, listen to music, etc.)
10:30 PM – 11:00 PM: Wind down and prepare for bed (meditate, read a book, etc.)
