I want to improve my strength and endurance because I want to ready my body for my
favorite sport which is basketball.

MY KIND/TYPE OF WORKOUT/ROUTINE:
I dont have a proper diet because we dont have much money, we eat whatever we have in our
table because it is what we only have.
