. Sales of health policies through telesales and virtual meetings.


o Recruit, train agents and generate business through them in the assigned territory.
. Responsible for licensing and tracking activation of the same regularly.
. Accountable for handling the health retail product. -
. lnterdepartmental Coordination with other departments such as UA//, Claims, & Operations.
' Lead Providers, intermediaries on a regular basis and maintaining records of the same in a planned manner.
o . Managing Team-Training, Development and harnessing abilities of the team to generate business
. Conduct timely meeting with team and communicate performance .
