Process description:
1. Product production: FRP is made by hand paste process, raw materials for Marine corrosion resistance 196# unsaturated
polyester resin and platinum glass fiber felt, glass fiber cloth reinforcement material, thickness 3mm, and according to the
characteristics of the product and the use of the internal reinforcement galvanized square specification: 40*40*1.5mm,
surface anticorrosive wood thickness 30mm.
2. The surface is polished flat and smooth with special atomized ash, then sprayed with primer, and polished again after
curing until there is no defect.
3. spray paint: according to customer requirements, the product spray outdoor car paint.

Description of quotation:
1. The quotation includes freight and excludes tax.
2. Pay 40% deposit and 60% balance before shipment.
3. standard packaging: (pearl cotton + plywood box)
4. Estimated duration: Factory production about 30 days.
