DEED OF SALE OF SHARE OF STOCKS
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This Deed of Sale is made and entered into Poblacion, Trento, Agusan del Sur, this 4th day of May 2024 by
and between:
I, EDITHA F. SAHIRON, of legal age, Filipino and currently residing at Purok 5A, Poblacion, Trento, Agusan
del Sur, hereto referred in this document as the SELLER.
For and in consideration of the sum total of FOURTY THOUSAND PESOS (PHP40,000.00), Philippine
currency, in hand paid to me as the SELLER by ROGIE P. GARAY, of legal age, Filipino and currently residing at P-6,
Oteiza, San Agustin, Surigao Del Sur hereto reffered as the BUYER;
Receipt of the above-mentioned amount is hereby acknowledge by the said SELLER, the SELLER hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the BUYER, in a manner absolute and irrevocable that ONE
THOUSAND SHARES (1,000) OF STOCKS of MEILLEUR GROUP OF DEVELOPERS CORPORATION (MGDC),
which Corporation has a principal business address at Purok 6, Poblacion Trento, Agusan Del Sur.
The SELLER fully understood that with this sale and conveyance, her total share holdings will be reduced by
One Thousand shares, and that Seller hereto waives and transfer unto the Buyer all the rights privileges of a stockholder
pertaining to the One Thousand shares of stocks, including the right to partake in the dividends and to vote in any and
all incidents and meetings wherein the stockholders will exercise their voting rights in the corporation, and participate
in any other undertakings wherein the stockholders are to perform; the Buyer is likewise entitled to notices of
stockholders' meetings;
Seller will not post any objection that the one thousand shares subject of this sale shall be transferred to the
name of the Buyer in the Stocks and Transfer Books of MGDC.
The Seller hereto warranted the truthfulness of the foregoing facts.
