3. Materials (Sandwich Panels) Shifting to the workplace by using forklift. 3.1 Forklift Mechanical Failure. 3.1 Before using forklift must check that fork lift have all
documents like (viechle registration card, insurance, third
party, operator driving licence, operator third
party(T.U.V),Valid iqama.) operator must complete daily
inspection checklist before using the forklift and SENDAN
Inspection sticker must be posted.
3.2 Fall of materials. 3.2.1 Forklift operator to be certified and must also have a
valid SAG license. Ensure that the load being transported is
stable and not exceed the safe working load.
3.3 Overturning. 3.3.1 The Operator should refrain from driving outside
designated areas such as on uneven surface and also avoid
taking corners at high speed. Flagman must be provided at all
the time.

6.4.3workers must wear full sleave shirts and trousers
