1. Requesting the Grade 10 and Grade 12 students to get ready for the processional.
2. May we request the participants to group yourselves according to your year level and
section.
3. Good morning everyone. Welcome to our Career Fiesta 2023-2024. We gather here today
for a journey of learning and discovery.
4. Career Guidance aims to assist students in planning and making decisions about work and
learning. It provides direction in choosing careers that suit students’ interests, aptitude and
skills. Today, we give importance to every learner’s dream as they step towards reaching
their ambitions.
5. To formally kick off this event, may we invite everyone to please stand for the singing of our
National Anthem, to be followed by a fervent prayer to be led by Ma’am Christine S. Lito,
Teacher III of Science Department.
6. You may now be seated. To officially welcome us all and to share her insights, please join
me in welcoming our School Principal III, Dr. Lourdes T. Salcedo for her welcome remarks.
7. Thank you so much, Ma’am Lourdes T. Salcedo for the warm welcome and inspiring words.
8. It is very important that we all have a clear understanding of our agenda for today. Leading
us through the presentation of the rationale of Career Guidance Program, please welcome
our Guidance Counselor and the Head Teacher I of the EsP Department, put your hands
together for Ma’am Daisy P. Penano.
9. Thank you so much, Ma’am Daisy P. Peňano for guiding us through the program details and
for giving our participants the reason to listen and learn from today’s activity.
10. At this point, I believe everyone is feeling quite bored, so before we continue, let’s have first
an intermission number to be rendered by the selected Grade 12 students. Let’s give them
rounds of applause.
11. Alright. Once again clap your hands for the Grade 12 learners. At this juncture, to give us a
message of support, may we call on the man who played an integral role in shaping the
educational landscape of the learners from Schools Division of Guimaras. His presence today
will make our event more meaningful, let us welcome our EPS in EsP- Curriculum
Implementation Division from the Schools Division of Guimaras, a visionary leader, Sir
Serafin Fariňas.
12. Thank you so much Sir Serafin Fariňas, for your unwavering support for our students. Our
program today would not be complete without the invaluable insights from our
stakeholders. This time, let us hear another message of support coming from the Brgy.
Captain of Sta. Teresa, Jordan, Guimaras. Participants, please give rounds of applause to
Hon. Roger M. Reyes.
13. Thank you very much Hon. Roger M. Reyes for sharing your insights and for always
supporting our program and activities. Our dear students, we come now to the heart of this
program, we will have the learning sessions. So participants, are you ready?
14. Our first speaker is a teacher for _______ long years here at TVC-Sta. Teresa National
High school. To talk about Assessment in Career Guidance, please welcome Sir Reynaldo A.
Osano, Jr., Master Teacher 1 in Mathematics.

experience and for a very enlightening talk. Once again, clap your hands for Sir Reynaldo A.

16. This time, we are going to award a Certificate of Recognition to our first speaker. May we
invite Ma’am Lourdes T. Salcedo, Ma’am Daisy P. Peňano and Ma’am Lanie G. Mailimit to
help in giving the Certificate of Recognition.

19. And now to proceed to out next speaker. She will be speaking about Parents’ Role in Career
Decision-Making. So, without delay, please welcome our School Principal III, Ma’am Lourdes
T. Salcedo.
20. Thank you so much Ma’am Lourdes T. Salcedo. Indeed, parents play a crucial part in the
career decision-making of our learners. A round of applause to Ma’am Lourdes T. Salcedo.
21. This time, we are going to award the Certificate of Recognition to our second speaker with
the same citation. Requesting Ma’am Daisy P. Peňano and Ma’am Lanie G. Malimit to please
present the certificate to our second speaker.
22. Our next speaker has a very significant topic to talk about. Every year, he has been with us
to share updates in the Labor Market. Today, he is here once gain to give a very important
talk. So, participant, please welcome and let us listen attentively to the Department of Labor
and Employment Officer of Guimaras Field Office, please welcome Sir Kenneth Jun Eusebio.

and Employment for the opportunity to listen with the updates in Labor Market. We hope
our students are learning and find this program informative and useful for them.

me in giving a warm welcome to the representative from the Provincial Economic and
Development, Ma’am Virginia B. Ganza.

insights will translate in giving our learners the motivation to pursue their dreams and reach
their ambitions. Once again, please give rounds of applause to Ma’am Virginia Ganza and to
