Dear Ma’am Zai,


I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter not just for compliance but also to have a
chance to express my gratitude for accepting me as your student teacher. I do really appreciate your
guidance and support you have shared with me. My expectations to you as my cooperating teacher
exceed when I started my field study 1 and 2. Your mentorship have been invaluable to me
throughout this journey, Ma’am Zai.
I am also thankful that I didn’t feel so much pressure while I’m in this field. You are indeed a

ABSTRACT
Students’ diverse learning progress exists in every classroom. This study aimed to discover what strategies
can be used to deal with students’ diverse learning progress in classroom. The data gathering consisted of
two structured interview and observations. Qualitative approach was utilised to analyse the data. The study
reflected on the practices of addressing students’ diverse learning progress and made an action plan for
improving primary school teaching. The findings from this study have the potential to enrich the teaching
approaches in both primary and secondary schools.
