automatically for 3 minutes. The operator earns $10 per hour and the machine costs $20 per hour.

n = l+m/l+w
n = 1+3/1+0.1
n= 3.6

Tecn₃ = (l+m)(k₁+n₁k₂)/n₁
= (1+3)(10+3*20)/3*60
= $ 1.56/unit

Tecn₄ = (l+w)(k₁+n₂k₂)
= (1+0.1)(10+4*20)/60
= $1.65/unit
