PREFECT INTERVIEW

1. Question: Can you tell us a little about yourself?


Answer: I am a dedicated and responsible student who has served as a class monitor. I am
passionate about contributing positively to our school community.

2. Question: Why do you want to be a prefect?


Answer: I want to be a prefect because I believe I can make a positive impact on our school
environment and help create a supportive atmosphere for all students.

3. Question: What qualities do you think a good prefect should have?


Answer: A good prefect should be responsible, respectful, and approachable. They should also
have good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

4. Question: Can you give an example of a time when you showed leadership?
Answer: As a class monitor, I was responsible for maintaining order and discipline in the
classroom. I took this role seriously and always tried to lead by example.

5. Question: How would you handle a conflict between two students?


Answer: I would listen to both sides of the story, encourage open communication, and help
them find a resolution that is fair to both parties.

Answer: I handle stress by staying organized, prioritizing tasks, and taking breaks when
needed. I also find that physical activity and spending time with friends helps me to relax.

Answer: My strengths include my dedication, responsibility, and ability to work well with
others. As for weaknesses, I am working on improving my time management skills.

Answer: I would encourage inclusivity by promoting respect for all students, regardless of
their background or abilities. I would also advocate for activities and events that celebrate
