Students listen to the recording and tick the boxes next to mentioned objects. You might want to play the recording
twice if needed.

6. Listening 2

10 mins.
Students listen to the recording and choose the correct picture. You might want to play the recording twice if
needed. Afterwards, the students can compare their answers with each other in pairs.
Answer: Picture 1 is correct.

7. Odd one out

10 mins.
Go through the answers and make sure students understand why each is the odd one out.
Part A
1. a mirror - the others are items you use when washing or cleaning something
2. a mirror - the others are items you use while taking a shower or brushing your teeth
3. a toilet - the other items are connected with having a shower
4. a shower - the others are words connected with getting dry
5. a lamp - the others are all connected with water

Part B
Ask the students to compare their answers with a partner. Monitor and provide feedback as needed.

3. I look at myself in the mirror every morning.
4. I brush my teeth with toothpaste every night.

8. Bathroom questions
