Who are we?

Anime Balls Deep is a youtube channel where we cover Anime DUH

What will you be editing if hired?

You will be editing Anime videos similar to these.

It is a part time Job and you must be active and stay in communication throughout the week,
specifically on Thursday, Fridays, Saturday, Sundays and Mondays.

● You will edit 5 minutes on average of a video. 15 minutes in a week on average, but
this can go up to 30 minutes if you are really good.
● Payment will be discussed after hiring and interview, there is a probation period but if
you pass, it is $8-12 per minute rendered and will increase more than that in the future!
● This experience can also be shared in your resume for future job prospects and as a
reference.
● You will know the schedule 1 week in advance. (However things can change last minute
so make sure you’re active to stay up to date)
● You will have to Join weekly TEAM Meetings when we schedule them on Thursdays.
● Once you get the files you must be able to finish the edit within 4-8 hours in your own
time, This number is subject to change for some content like a monthly Boruto Chapter
review, where you could be asked to be faster, (3-4 hours quality can be sacrificed)
although you will be notified early on of this schedule.
● The usual perfect goal is an hour per minute of editing.
● You will be paid on a monthly basis.

Requirements
● You must know anime and meme culture. For example, you need to understand the
jokes or community questions that are ongoing in those shows. For example Everyone
knows Adil is a simp for Yami, therefore Implementing jokes and memes in between
things when que’d in the script to do so. (Take a look at this video to understand what

● You need to be 18 years or older.
● You must have a bank account for us to transfer the money into which occurs on the
15-18th every month
● Weekly team meetings and follow the ROTA upload schedule that is set prior by
Managers.
● Update your weekly ROTA schedule when you are available to edit, making sure it's
accurate so we can schedule your role and editing.
● You must be good with Premiere Pro, Sony Vegas or Final Cut Pro (you can use
whatever software honestly if your demo looks good, it won't matter what
software.
● A fast render speed is beneficial, but most important is that your upload speed has to
be decent, we cannot wait for hours on end for your part on uploads that are on the
same day, such as chapter analysis days which are friday, saturday and sunday.

Start from the beginning till the part it ends in the script below. Cut out mistakes and breathing.

Try emulating one of our videos from the channel and do your best quality of your skill.

Every video will have a script with instructions. YOU MUST FOLLOW
THE SCRIPT AND EDIT THE AUDIO ACCORDING TO IT.

Also please tell us honestly how long it took you to edit the DEMO.
Script:
We have mentioned this betrayal month after month, Ada and Amado explicitly told us that Code
isn’t smart and can be manipulated easily.

She even called him useless when they first met.

And threatened to send Deamon to kill him if Kawaki died. This relationship was never romantic
or mutual, Eida made it very clear that he was being used but her powers took way too much
control over Code.

So yes… Ladies and Gentleman, He is quite literally, the definition of a simp

Now if i'm being honest, Ada and Amado are right about Code.

We don’t really like his character and part of that can be blamed with the pacing of the manga
but there are other choices in the story that didn’t help.

Firstly,
“i feel like i can’t lose to anyone” in the last chapter completely lost its meaning.

Oh and Remember when he even threatened Ada and Deamon to dispose of them?

He’s pretty much a walking L.
