1. Place the machine in service position. See Service position.

Removing

2. Remove the rubber gaiter from the propulsion lever.

3. Remove the four (4) bolts that hold the propulsion lever to the side console.

4. Unplug the connector for the propulsion lever.

5. Remove the two (2) bolts that hold the propulsion control cable to the propulsion lever unit.

6. Remove the propulsion lever from the side console.

Installing

7. Install the propulsion control cable for the propulsion lever.

8. Install the two (2) bolts to secure the propulsion control cable to the propulsion lever unit.

9. Plug in the connector for the propulsion lever.

10. Install the four (4) bolts to secure the propulsion lever to the side console.

11. Install the rubber gaiter on to the propulsion lever.

12. Start the engine and operate the machine functions.

NOTE!
Ensure that the back-up alarm sounds before the machine moves in reverse.

13. Turn off the engine.

14. Adjust the propulsion cable as needed.
