1. Assign one person as a crowd control officer for every offices the person must be near the exit door with the following duties
. Open the door during the evacuation make sure all personnel got out last person to leave
. Close the door but not unlock during fire
. leave the door open during an earthquake
. Headcount at the Evacuation area
. Reporting to Chief Marchal.

2. A GO Bag for all workers inside the facility
