: Common teaching point
- Straight the body until the fingers.
- A teacher must count ‘1, 2, 3 Pose!! 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Finish!!’
Ex.) T balance - Look forward One hand stand - Don’t fall down the hip
V - stand - Look forward Back stand - Don’t fall down the hip
Front support - Lie down, face down, support the body weight with the right
arm and left foot. Don’t bend the back.
18~30 *Cooperative balance skills ※Refer to the PE material about figures.
: Common teaching point
- Don’t leave hands and get off suddenly.
Ex.) Fan - 3 students stick to their legs. Kite - A and B hold on tight C’s legs.
Surfing - A student rides on 2 students’ the centre of the backs.

2. Roll to follow back of head, back, low back and butt.
*Backward roll
1. Put the thumbs on the shoulders, point the palms to the shy.
2. Put the low back on the mat while seeing the belly.
3. Roll in order of butt, low back, back and head. Come back to the start position.
*Shoulder stand
1. Lie on the mat and put the hands on the low back and support strongly.
2. Raise the legs and straight the feet gradually.

- Make pairs and let them support each other paying attention to safety.
- A teacher must encourage to do those skills, but do not force them.

2. After getting ready, walk to the line while keeping the shape.

- Both students straight the arms and look forward.
- Just move the arms and walk, don’t move the hip and feet.
*Hand stand
1. Make 3 student groups and a ‘hand walk’ shape each group.
2. Raise the legs gradually with a strong support of the other 2 students.
: Teaching point
- Straight the arms and body. Don’t bend around the butt(hip).
- A teacher should not force to do it, but let the try as possible as they can.

Crabwalk : Straight the arms and raise the hip.
Bunny hop : Jump both legs and move closer between the arms.
Kangaroo hop : Jump while keeping low posture and straight the back.

18~30 *Relay Race


1. Make some groups and lines.
2. Touch a corn and return. Touch the next player.
3. Be careful to walk straight and walk as fast as you can.

- Make a shape supported by arms. Completely put you weight on your arms.
20~30 *Vault jump race (make some teams)
1. Make a line with each group and take a distance for 2 students.
2. 1st student starts jumping in a row. After that, you must make the vault shape.
3. After jumping 1st student, 2nd student can stand up and start jumping.
