Greetings of Peace and Love!

I am writing this letter to humbly explain why I did not submit my permit to study for my Masteral Course at
_________________________________ahead of time in compliance with the ruling. I was still looking for the
best school that suits my needs and helps me grow personally and professionally while doing my duties and
responsibilities to the school where I am employed. I was also considering my financial capacity to fund the
said graduate study.

Having found the best institution that suits my needs and capacity, I decided to enroll, but I apologize for the
delayed submission of my application for a permit.

Rest assured that this practice won’t happen again. I will be mindful of this in the future.
