1.0 INTRODUCTION
Arise and shine for light has come and the glory of the Lord is shining on (Isaial o0 1)
1.0 GENERAL ASSESSMENT
A. SOULS WON: No soul was won - 2.
B. WATER BAPTISM: Not Applicable
C. HOLY GHOST BAPTISM: No Holy Ghost baptism
D. Visitation and Rally held. Eleven (11). - 16
E. Tithe for the period is GHe4,533.50
F. Missionary Offering for the period is GH 433.20.
2.0 ACKNOWLEDMENT
We thank God Almighty for his protection and guidance throughout the period. We will also want
our District Pastor (Pastor Maxwell Ataamoah) his wife for their encouragement and support
throughout the period.

ACTIVITIES /ACHIEVEMENT (VISITATION 2023)
5.0 IMPLEMENTION EXTRACTS
S.I THE LOCAL CHURCH
a. TEACHING SESSIONS (ANNUAL. THEME): There has been a lot of teaching base on the Annual
Theme especially the bible studies time.
b. GOSPEL SUNDAYS: During gospel Sunday, we encourage the members to do individual
evangelism and to visit some of the members who are not regular at church at church.
C. HOLY SPIRIT BAPTISM SESSION: this session was done once this period" No member received
the Holy Ghost Baptism
d. DESIGNATED LOCAL ASSEMBLY PRAYER DAYS/ACTIVITIES OF PRAVER TEAMS.
This is done twice in a week (Wednesdays and Thursdays)
e. RETREATS AND TRAINING PROGRAMMES FOR OFFICERS AND MEMBERS.
Not applicable.
f. MONTHLY LOCAL PRESBYTERY MEETING.
This is done once in a month but emergency meeting can be held within the months
5.2 INTENTIONAL DISCIPLESHIP PROGRAMME
a BIBLE STUDY: This is done every Sunday except the Lord supper days It has been divided into
two groups with the name as (Ebenezer and Maranatha group)
b. HOME CELL: It was organize five times within the period and it has been divided into
three groups.
c. NEW CONVERTS CLASSES / RETREAT.
This was done once within the period
d. PASTORAL CARE AND SHEPHERDING.

c. VISITATION / FOLLOW UP TO BACKSLIDERS: We have done visitations throughout this period.
F. READ THROUGH THE BIBLE: we do read it in some of the Sunday morning service

a. TEACHING / SEMINARS / RETREATS ON MARRIAGE AND FAMILY LIFE.
Marriage and family life was done once within this period. The topic treated was: how to take
care of your kids to be responsible adults.
5.5 EVANGELISM AND CHURCH PLANTING.
a. ACTIVITIES OF EVANGELISM COORDINATING TEAMS: Through PENSA, we were able to do
house to house evangelism and rallies.
6. EVANGELISM OUTREACHES (RALLIES, CRUSADES, HOUSE TO HOUSE ETC). In Guntse Assembly.
We were able to do 4 Rallies and 7 house to house was organized.
C. ONE MEMBER ONE DISCIPLE SOUL PROJECT.

We have weeded our plot of land for the church building

7.9 CHILDREN MINISTRY: The Children Ministry meet every Sunday to Worship
7.10 YOUTH MINISTRY: The youth have met once in the period.
7.11 WOMEN MINISTRY: They have met 5 times in the period.
7.12 PENTECOST MEN'S MINISTRY. They met once in the perid.
8. ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY / DONATIONS.
We were able to buy ten plastic chairs which amounted to 450.00

11. MINISTIRIAL VISITS: The District Pastor visited the Assembly once within the period.
12. PROJETIONS ACHIEVED: Not yet.
13. OBSERVABLE CHANGES RESULTING FROM THE IMPLEMENTATION FROM VISION2023 IN THE
CHURCH AND ITS IMPACT ON THE COMMUNITY.

14. CHALLENGES THAT NEED THE ATTENTION OF LEADERSHIP: The target given to us is always big
making most of the members to be absent during such programs.
14.8.1 CHALLENGES FACED IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE VISION.
No known challenges yet.
1482 GENERAL CHALLENGES CONFRONTING THE LOCAL. The major problem is that, we do not
have church building, we worship in classroom and also the members are not regular at all.
15. PROJECTION FOR THE ENSUING REPORTING PERIOD
* To intensify house to house visitation
* Organise at least at 3 rallies.
* To put a structure on the land acquired.
16. The assembly has a membership of 8 with 6 children.
17. CONCLUSION:
We thank God Almighty for this guidance throughout the period. We also want to show our
