Obio/Akpor L.G.A, Rivers State hereinafter call our Client and on
his strict instruction give you, Miss. Ezinwa Ogbugo Notice to Quit
and deliver up vacant possession of the one bedroom flat
apartment with its appurtenances situate at Elder Nduwe’s Estate
by Chief Marcus Wike Street, Wike, Rumuepirikom in Obio/Akpor
L.G.A, Rivers State on or before the 31st day of October, 2024,
which you hold of him as a yearly tenant thereof. Which tenancy
has been determined by this notice to quit.
TAKE NOTICE that you are to pay the balance of Fifty Thousand
Naira (N50,000.00) only being the balance of rent for 2023/2024
rent..
Be warned a stitch in time saves nine.
