The project management life cycle has five main phases. These are project

agree and sign-off on requirements)

Requirement gathering ( call with product owners to stuidy about product and client
requirement to decide on resource availability and engagament )
Analysis ( client requirement, replicating the client expectation with volume,
resources available (manpower + VM's+ DB)})
Environment setup ( VM server setup, DB server setup, software requirements,
monitoring (dynatrace or grafana implementation) + verticals involved + resource
involvement + SLA for each topic
