1. Reference: Report on the Proper Disposal of Dilapidated PNP Uniforms and


Accoutrements.

2. This pertains to the report of this Office on the conduct of proper disposal of
confiscated PNP and Military uniforms as of March 2024 as follows:

WHAT : Proper disposal of dilapidated PNP Uniforms.

WHEN : at about 9:00 AM on March 29, 2024.

WHERE: Dinalupihan Municipal Police Station

WHO : PSSg Randy P Saba, Supply PNCO of Dinalupihan MPS.

WHY : As per verbal instruction of the undersigned with said


reference.

HOW : Mode of disposal: shredding and burying of dilapidated PNP


uniforms and accoutrements.

3. Action Taken: PSSg Randy P Saba, Supply PNCO shredded and buried
Two (2) pcs. PNP Field Cap surrendered by personnel of this Office.

4. Recommendation: Continuous conduct of proper disposal of dilapidated


PNP uniforms and accoutrements by this Office.

5. Further, attached are the photographs for your reference.
