1.1. Preface
The DISOWARE S Weighing & Data Processing program is
designed as powerful system with comprehensive data acquisition
and processing functions for input and output weighings on
road/rail weighbridges.
2. Data Management
As database, DISOWARE S uses an SQLBase database server
ensuring maximum data safety and consistency, both in
single-user workstations and in networks of the client-server
architecture.
All data entered and acquired in weighing mode are stored in the
delivery note table independent of master data and can be used
for comprehensive and flexible evaluation.
– You are free to determine size and position of the fields dis-
played in table form.
– ADDRESS
– RECEIVER
– VEHICLE
– NOTE
– IDS
– CUSTOMER
– SPECIALPRICEFACTOR
– SORT
– SORTGROUP
– CARRIER
– TERMSOFPAYMENT
– FIRSTWEIGHING
– FOREIGNWEIGHING
– CASHBOX
– CASHBOXCONTENTS
– DELIVERYNOTE
– DELIVERYCANCEL
– INVOICE
– SUMTAB
Upon Customer Registration, the data (for all tables involved) are
entered in the following screen:
This function lets you enter the customer data of the various tables
in one single registration screen, and automatically stores data in
relevant tables with no need for you to know the table
interrelations.
3. Scale Control
Various scales can be connected to the system.
DISOMAT F
DISOMAT B, Bplus (standard software or ZEUS weighing
sequence)
DISOMAT S (standard software)
DISOMAT D
TOLEDO ATSM 2302
For every connected scale, a scale display has been defined you
can call up using the menu bar.
Acquire tare, clear tare memory, zero scale, display tare, display
gross, change over scale (twin-unit), acknowledge error.
– Vehicle number
– Vehicle empty weight
– Carrier
– Receiver
– Customer
– Sort
5. Evaluations Module
All weighing operations performed and completed are stored in
Delivery Note or External Weighing file complete with actual data,
i.e. all data entered and acquired.
– Single invoice
A separate invoice is prepared for every single delivery note.
– Cumulative invoice
All weighing operations relating to a certain invoice receiver
and grouped by cash accounts, are comprised to form a single
invoice.
– Group invoice
An cumulative invoice is prepared for every group of receivers.
Principal tasks:
– Create Cashbox
(Initialize cashbox with basic amount)
– Automatic Deposit
(Payments in conjunction with weighing operations are collec-
ted in cashbox)
– Cashbox Report
(Print all amounts paid)
In this case, the scale workplace must transfer the created delivery
note data to the office workplace; the latter must send new or
changed master data to the scale workplace.
12.3. Backup
As database, DISOWARE S uses the CENTURA SQLBase
database server ensuring maximal data safety and consistency
both in single-user workstations and networks of the client-server
architecture.
12.4. Archiving
Every complete weighing operation is stored in the delivery note,
or external weighing, file complete with all data entered and
acquired. The size of the delivery note file grows with the number
of weighing operations performed. As the delivery note file serves
as basis for the varying evaluations and statistics, a file with a high
number of data records may diminish the performance of your
system. Therefore, we recommend to remove the actual data not
required for current evaluations from database.
