Walk and run while avoiding the hurdle Show improved control in the activities.

Learning Activities:
Warm-up exercises:
High knees.
Jumping jacks.
Side hops.
Walking lunges.
Partnered Hurdle Relay:
Pair students up. One partner walks or runs while the
other holds a hurdle. The moving partner must navigate around the
hurdles, and then they switch roles. This encourages teamwork and
coordination.
Traffic Light Hurdles:
Assign colours to different movements (e.g., walk on
green, jog on yellow, freeze on red). Call out colours, and students
adjust their walking or running speed accordingly while avoiding
hurdles.
Animal Moves
Encourage students to mimic different animal movements such as
frog jumps, bear crawls, and crab walks. This warms up their bodies
and engages various muscle groups.
Dribble and Shoot:
Using small balls, students practice dribbling around cones
and then take a shot at a target. This improves hand-eye
coordination and gross motor skills.
Cool Down:
Stretching Circle: Lead students in gentle stretching
exercises, emphasizing flexibility and promoting relaxation.
Simon Says - Sound Edition:
Play a variation of Simon Says where auditory commands
are given, such as ‘Clap your hands,’ ‘Stomp your feet,’ or ‘Snap
your fingers.’ This activity reinforces listening skills and
responsiveness.
