 Microsoft PowerPoint is a powerful presentation software included in the Microsoft Office suite.

business meetings, academic lectures, and training sessions.

Key Features:
 Slide Creation: PowerPoint enables users to create slides with text, images, charts, graphs, and multimedia
elements.
 Themes and Templates: Users can choose from a wide range of pre-designed themes and templates to create
visually appealing presentations quickly.
 Slide Transitions: PowerPoint offers various slide transition effects to add visual interest and create smooth
transitions between slides.
 Animation Effects: Users can animate text, objects, and graphics to enhance the visual appeal of their
presentations and emphasize key points.
 Presenter View: Presenter View allows presenters to view their notes, upcoming slides, and other tools privately
