it works only on numbers.


it works on non empty items with numbers. It count non blank cells also.
it only checks the blank/empty value.

if there is 1 condition, use counif, but if there is more than 1 condition, use countifs.
criteria is always in double qoutes.
sumrange is a sum of numbers. We need to add the numbers of range.
sorting is ascending or descending order
by default sorting is ascending order and it takes only first column of the data table.
crtrl+minus is to delete the column and rows.
ctrl+9 is to hide the row and column.
in merging, it is not possible to do sorting.
ctrl+shift+L is to filter, means shortlisting the data.
