The trough was running from cyclonic circulation over east Vidarbha and neighbourhood to North Interior
Karnataka across Telangana at 0.9 km above mean sea level on 07th February, 2024. It has become less marked
on 08.02.2024

A cyclonic circulation lied over south Telangana & neighbourhood and extended upto 1.5 km above mean sea
level on 23.02.2024 and it was lied over Marathwada & neighbourhood at 0.9 km above mean sea level on
24.02.2024 and it has become less marked on 25.02.2024
A trough was running from the cyclonic circulation over south Telangana & neighbourhood to south Tamil
Nadu across Rayalaseema at 0.9 km above mean sea level on 23.02.2024 and was running from the cyclonic
circulation over Marathwada & neighbourhood to south Tamil Nadu across Interior Karnataka at 0.9 km above
mean sea level on 24.02.2024 and it was running from Chhattisgarh to north Tamil Nadu across Vidarbha &
Interior Karnataka at 0.9 km above mean sea level on 25.02.2024
The associated wind discontinuity from the cyclonic circulation over Marathwada & neighbourhood to Coastal
Andhra Pradesh across Vidarbha and south Chhattisgarh at 0.9 km above mean sea level has become less
marked on 25.02.2024.
Mainly low-level Southerlies/South-Westerlies prevailed on 01st and 07th February, 2024 and
Southerlies/South-Easterlies prevailed on 02nd and 05th February, 2024, mainly low-level Easterlies/South-
Easterlies prevailed on 03rd and 04th and South-Easterlies Prevailed on 06th February , 2024 over the state.
Mainly low-level Southerlies/South-Easterlies prevailed on 08th & 09th , 11th to 14th and from 15th to 19th
February 2024 over the state. Mainly low-level South-Easterlies prevailed over the state on 10th February 2024.
Mainly Low level Southerlies and South-Westerlies prevailed on 20th February and Westerlies/South-
Westerlies prevailed on 21st and 22nd February, 2024 over the state and mainly low-level South-Easterlies
prevailed on 26.02.2024 over the State. Mainly low-level Southerlies/South-Easterlies prevailed over the state
on 27th and 29th February, 2024.

Highest Maximium temperature of 37.3 deg Celsius was recorded at Adilabad on 19th
during February 2024.
