We are pleased to offer you employment with Firstserv Facilities Management Services Co. L.L.C. as
Construction Helper on the following terms and conditions:

This conditional offer is subject to our obtaining the necessary permission of UAE Government authorities for
your employment with us.

1. Remuneration:

Basic Salary AED 500 Per Month


Accommodation & Transportation AED Company Provided Per Month
Other Allowances AED 300 Per Month
Fixed OT & Other Allowances AED 250 Per Month
Site Allowance AED 100
Total Earnings AED 1,150 Per Month

Probation: You will be on probation period for a period of six months from the date of employment. Your final
confirmation of employment will be dependent upon a successful appraisal of your performance during the
probation period.

2. Working Hours: 12 hrs. per day with 1 hour lunch break, 6 days a week. Please note that time for
transport between camp and site will not be considered as duty hours.

3. Employment Contract: Your contract of employment is a fixed term 2 yr. employment contract. As per
current Government regulations your employment visa will be valid for 2 (two) years and is renewable.

4. Separation: During the probation period, company can terminate the Employment Contract by giving a
14 (Fourteen) days’ notice. However, the employee may terminate the Employment Contract during the
probation period as per terms of the local labour laws and with notice period of 14 days, provided that in
either of the said situations the company shall be entitled to get compensation from your next employer
as permitted under the UAE labour laws. After the Probationary Period, either party may terminate the
services, by giving 1 (One) month Notice or salary in lieu thereof. In the event the termination is on the
grounds of serious misconduct where such termination will be with immediate effect. If you decide to
resign within the first two years of employment, the Company also reserves the right to recover training
cost.

5. Conflict of Interest
During the course of your employment with the company, you will not be permitted to engage in any
other employment, any other business or undertakings or other business activity other than as an
employee of this company.

6. Visa and Permits (Outside country): -


We will bear the cost of Residence Permits for members of staff where these are necessary for
employment with the Company. The contract period is two years renewable upon mutual agreement.
7. Annual Leave: You will be entitled to 30 Calendar days paid leave provided upon completion of every 24
months of service. All leave will be approved by the client, and you will be able to go on leave only after
approval from the client. The client reserves the right to split the leave into smaller segments to meet
customer requirements.

8. Air Ticket: Company will pay AED 750/- in lieu of return air ticket for every two years of service.

9. Medical Benefit: You will be provided with a basic DHA medical insurance card for yourself only.

10. End of service benefits: We will pay end of service benefits in accordance with the Labor Law in force
from time to time, in United Arab Emirates at the time of separation of your service.

11. Confidentiality: You shall not , either during or after your employment divulge or utilize any confidential
information belonging to the Company (or belonging or relating to any or clients and/customers) which
may have to your knowledge during your employment for the Company including but not limited to
confidential information of the business affairs of the Company or any of its clients/customers which may
have come to your knowledge during your employment; and you shall both during and after your
employment take all reasonable precautions to keep all such information confidential.

12. Compliance with the Laws, clients’ policies, and instructions: You shall undertake to comply with the
Company & Clients’ policies and instructions relation to, Employee Trading Policy, Ethical Standards, and
Information Security Standards and all other policies and instructions applicable from time to time. The
client reserves the right to amend its policies and instructions impacting the Employee’s employment
conditions. The provision of the client’s policies and instructions are deemed as Integral Part of this Offer
Letter. You also undertake to comply with all laws and regulations which relate to or impact on his
employment with the client.

13. Non- Compete:

The Employee shall not during the term of this Contract and for a period of twelve(12) months after the
expirationor termination of this Contract for any reason, directly or indirectly, whether as owner, partner,
shareholder, director, employee, consultant, distributor, agent representative, sponsor or otherwise carry
on or be engaged, concerned or interested in carrying on within Dubai of any business or employment
which may complete with the business of the Company or any of its affiliates or subsidiaries.

14. Other Terms & Conditions: This offer is contingent upon the following:

• Based on the Company requirement, the Company can transfer you to any work location anywhere in
the UAE.

All changes to your terms and conditions will be fully discussed prior to being implemented and will be
documented and may require your signing an amended contract.

15. Acceptance:

Your employment will be governed by the UAE labor law in force from time to time and you shall only be entitled
to the remuneration and benefits expressly mentioned in this letter. If the above-said terms and conditions are
acceptable to you and you accept our offer of employment; please return the duplicate copy of this letter dated
and signed.

Should you accept the offer, kindly sign the below acknowledgement and acceptance form:
1. Passport copy/original passport with minimum 6 months validity.
2. Previous employment visa page or visit visa page with entry stamp/Emirates ID copy.
3. Passport size photo white background.

The validity of this offer letter is two weeks from the date of issuance, and we look forward to you joining our
organization.
