A precious morning to all of you my dear fellow colleagues,as we embark on another meaningful event
here in our school.The School In Service Training 22-23 Cum Mid Year Performance Review and
Evaluation.This is another medium of communicating to our fellow colleagues some significant
knowledge thru the IN SERVICE TRAINING.A way to further improve our knowledge,skills and affective
domains that will create more advanced innovations in providing our learners with the best and utmost
quality of education.So let me welcome you to this meritorious event the School In service TRAINING 22-
23 Cum Mid Year Performance Review and Evaluation.This is Maria Yelena B. Barrios,IM serving AS your
emcee today.To begin with,let us all stand to pay homage to our beloved national flag by singing our
National Anthem thru Audio Visual Presentation.

Thank you so much.In every endeavor,we must first ask Gods divine intercession to help us
make the fruits of our labor a sweet success.Fellow teachers,let us remain standing for the invocation
thru an audio visual presentation.

Thank you.And now ,to begin with our program,let us hear from Ms.Lira Herbacio ,PhD Master
Teacher II,for the opening remarks.

Thank you so much Mam Lira for that very heartwarming opening remarks.

Any event would not be materialized without the participants.Participants plays a vital role into shaping
the event into a successful one.Friends without further adieu,let me call in Ms.Julieta Benavente for the
presentation of participants.

Thank you so much Miss.Benavente for sharing us the number of participants present and
available in this session.

A purpose is any objective or goal being driven by a benevolent heart.In any activity there is a
sense of purpose ,so fellow teachers let us welcome and lend our ears to Mr.Leo B.Buela Principal II as
he delivers the statement of the purpose and a message .

Thank you so much Sir Leo Buela for sharing us the purpose and the message.Its a very
informative and inspiring one.Thank you Sir.

And now another heartwarming and inspiring message will be given to us by the PSDS OF THE
MALILIPOT DISTRICT ,none other than the ever loving,kind and beautiful Mam.Cynthia B.Cantre

A heartfelt thanks mam for that very wonderful and inspiring message.We as teachers will really
do our best to ensure an quality education that really transforms the young hearts,minds and souls of
pur learners.

And for the proper introduction to our IN Service training ,let me call the one and only Grade 10-
Einstein Adviser who can be really comparable to Albert Einstein with his witty,clever and superb
intellect and very admirable personality,Ladies and Gentlemen,the Inset Proponent,help me welcome
Mr.Albino BALBALOSA FOR THE INSET ORIENTATION.

Thank you so much Sir Albino.

And now friends that’s the end of the first part of our program.

For the second part,is the Performance Review.

A Principal is the head of the school,it is within his reach to have a good school performance also
with the aid of the subordinates such as teachers,parents and stakeholders.It is a teamwork task to help
and build a school.My friend let me call once again our beloved ,dynamic and handsome principal
Mr.Leo BUELA for BRIDGING US about the School Performance.

Thank you so much Sir for that very motivating presentation.Indeed,it is really the combined energy,
fulfilling tasks and incredible efforts of the School head and the whole school personnel that ripples a
great effect of success and happiness which we are embodying now.

And finally to take us to the flight of accomplishments and plans and to the lows of problems
and concerns may we call in Mr.Antonio Biron ,to give us a credible report on SRC(School Report Card
And (School Based Management) AND SBM.

A very informative presentation was laid in our eyes again by Mr.Antonio Biron,Thank you so
much Sir.

And now to give us a relevant report on Project ACCESS, ( A Child-learner and Community
Centered Education Systems) may I introduce you,our very own,young talented and beautiful’’ mathtinik
ng mnhs’,friends help me welcome Mrs.Maria Rabe.

Thank you for that overflowing and very enlightening report Mam mathtinik..Maria Rabe.

In any organization be it school or agencies,good governance is a must.The governing body must

be reliable,consistent,transparent,and the most,humane.Governance will determine the rise or fall of
any organization.So fellow teachers,to give us an descriptive and significant reports regarding
Governance,let me introduce to you,the dude ng dude ng bayan,Mr.Rolavel Belenzo.

And to proceed with,let us listen to one of the most beautiful faces here in MNHS,TO BRING US
THE topic about Quality and Relevance.Fellow teachers,let us not wait another minute,introducing
Mrs.Ayrene LLANA.Thank you so much Mam Ayrene,truly quality brings great value and relevance to our
learners.

Another goddess of beauty will show up again to discuss about Financial Matters.We lived in a
material world and money is a part of the game.Fellow teachers,let us open our hearts and minds lend
our ears to the Dyosa ng Finance,friends let us welcome Mrs Aileen Barsaga to bring us up matters
regarding finance.

Thank you Mam Aileen.

And ofcourse, a school is a facility with all its office supplies and equipment.We need to cater
our learners with adequate supplies and good working facilities to provide their needs.To tackle some
important matters and bring us some valuable reports regarding supply let us call in the future lawyer of
MNHS the ever knowledgeable and a man of wit MR.FILBERT CANICULA.

 Lastly,a school will not be called a school if not with the availability of the teachers.Not just
that,but with the good performance of the teachers.A teacher is the lifeline of the school.Their
performance is a clear indicator of their shared knowledge and expertise that is imparted unto the
learners.So friends,let me introduce to you our presentor for Teachers Performance Review ,Mr.Antonio
Biron.

And to initiate the Individual Performance Review let me call in the Mid-Year Performance
Review Committee.

There my dear fellow teachers ,the end of this program.We hope that in every ssetback as we
review our performance there will be a GREAT promise of comeback.Fellow teachers,we as teachers,are
exemplary examples of great faith,hope and love to this generation.May we embody the right
knowledge,wisdom and understanding plus let the flame of love keep burning inside our hearts for our
dear learners.As we are light in the darkness,as candles who give our light to light the way of our young
ones.
