Transitioning an existing customer between offers
• A partner cannot transact the new “Azure plan” for an existing “Microsoft Azure” customer.
Instead, the customer must be transitioned
• Transitioning creates a new Azure plan for the customer and transitions all existing
Subscriptions to that Azure plan
