Customer agrees to pay $500/day rental fee for any unit (transmitter or receiver) that is due to be returned to TVU, but is not
returned on time. If there are TVU cellular modems included with the unit, Customer further agrees to pay $15/GB for any usage
after the mandated return date.

WARRANTY:
All new TVU equipment comes with one year of warranty, covering parts and labor, and free return shipping to the customer.

TVU Networks warrants the TVU branded hardware against defects in materials and workmanship, when used according to
operating guidelines, for a period of one year from the date of purchase. TVU’s published guidelines include information contained
in technical specifications, user manuals and service bulletins. This warranty extends to all the accessories included in the original
packaging.
TVU Networks is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the TVU product’s use. This
Warranty does not apply to: consumable parts, cosmetic damage, liquid damage, misuse or other external causes; modifications and
repairs performed by anyone who is not authorized by TVU networks; any devices reported as stolen; any device not purchased
through official TVU sales channels; defects caused by normal wear and tear or other causes due to normal aging; data contained
on a device.
Important Notice: do not open the TVU product. Opening the product may cause damage that is not covered by this warranty.
Only TVU or authorized personnel should perform service. Failure to heed this instruction will lead to voiding of the warranty
coverage for the product.
