A RESOLUTION REQUESTING FOR THE PROVISION OF ONE (1) UNIT


COMPOSTING FACILITY UNDER BUREAU OF SOILS AND WATER
MANAGEMENT OF DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE
WHEREAS, one of the issues presented to the body is the problem of the farmers not having
machineries for composting their agricultural waste;
WHEREAS, the PROVISION OF ONE (1) COMPOSTING FACILITY from the
Department of Agriculture will help the farmers to create their own organic fertilizer and save
farm, and labor cost;
WHEREAS, BARANGAY MAKAT, COLUMBIO, SULTAN KUDARAT has a total of
One hundred ninety (726) Ha. Service area;
WHEREAS, one hundred-five (105) farmer-members of Barangay Makat, will directly
benefit under the project of the Department of Agriculture RFO XII;
NOW THEREFORE, upon motion of Kagawad Kahir M. Kusain duly seconded by
unanimously body, it was requesting assistance from the DEPARTMENT OF
AGRICULTURE RFO-XII, for the provision of the above-mentioned project.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that ABUSAMA M. MANAMBA, Punong Barangay of


Barangay Makat, Columbio, Sultan Kudarat representative to transact with the
DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE RFO-XII with respect to the requested assistance of
this resolution.
