TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

1. The Technical specification mentioned in the Tender for the proposed items are of
minimum requirement, the bidder can offer their technical specification with higher
side/ better also. Obsolete or near end of sale products will not be accepted. The
technical specifications is specified in BOQ and all the material used should
conform to relevant I.S specification with ISI mark. All nuts, bolts, screws etc., used
for the works will be galvanized/cadmium plated.
2. PIDS CCTV:
Outdoor IP network enabled, Day and Night Motorized varifocal [Lens –Range ≤
(less than or equal to)2.7 mm to ≥( greater than or equal to)13.5mm ], Outputs max
5MP (2592 × 1944)@25 fps, Built-in IR LED, max. IR distance: 70 m or above,
WDR 120dB or above, IP67 protection, ONVIF profile S/G or latest, operating
temperature -35 to 65 deg C, POE power supply, Multiple H.265 (High profile)
streams and JPEG streams ensure simultaneous real time monitoring and high
resolution recording and H.264+/H.265+, flexible coding, applicable to various
bandwidth and storage environments. Each camera should have edge storage
facility with necessary SD memory card for recording storage (minimum 3 days
on link failure) to be supplied.
3. Thermal Camera: IP67and NEMA 4 ratings test certificate along with test reports
to provided at the time of supply.
4. Permanently Lubricated HDPE Telecom duct to use as underground optical
fibre cable conduits size 40/33 mm and accessories TEC Specs No.
TEC/GR/FA/CDS-008/04/AUG-19 with latest amendment.
5. OFC cable: Outdoor Single mode fibers 12F in full compliance with ITU-T-G652D,
GR No.TEC/GR/TX/ORM-01/04 Sep 09 and GR No.TEC/GR/TX/OJC-
002/03/APR-2020 with latest amendment.
6. Outdoor Copper 3 Core 2.5 Sqmm Annealed Bare Electrolytic Grade Copper
Conductor as per IS: 8130/84, Galvanized Steel Wire armored dimensions as per
IS:1554 Part-1
7. G.I. pipes should be of medium duty class having diameter of 65 mm.
8. CAT6 23 AWG 4 pair outdoor armoured UTP cable.
9. Server for Video Management & Recording of upto 50 Cameras - (1) Xeon E-

12. Video Management Software (VMS) for local and remote surveillance of IP
Cameras with Failover functionality, viewing of camera by cellphones, allows
simultaneous operations, supports multi-processor, multi-users, motion based
recording, supports multi-monitors, enables image resizing, events support etc.,
13. AI based Video Analytics Software for Perimeter Intrusion detection, Loitering
detection, cross-line detection, zone crossing detection etc.,
14. Online UPS system, single phase of rating 6KVA UPS along with external battery
charger, 16 nos of 150AH Battery suitable for 4hr back-up and other accessories.
Should have SNMP slot for link status/ Incoming supply down/ back up availability

applications with Min. 8 Nos of RJ45 ports that are fully IEEE 802.3 compliant,

km Transceivers. The required SFP has to be supplied along with the switch.

21. Fiber patch cord- Simplex Single Mode LC to SC fiber patch cord of 3mtr length,

22. Fixing of pigtail - 2 mtr as per the specification as per as per IEC:61754, IEC:61300,
IS/IEC:60794
23. GI pole 6 mtr with Diameter 114mm, thickness 4mm, base plate
250mmx250mmx12mm thickness, foundation bolt set, top pipe to be closed with
plate to prevent dust/water getting into pipe. The pole to be installed with suitable
concrete foundation pedestal for grouting /fixing the GI structure.

24. GI Pole (octagonal) 9.150 mtrs- 90 micron galvanization with top 70mm, bottom
155mm, base plate 260mmx260mmx16mm thickness, shall have door of
approximate 250 mm length at the elevation of 500 mm from the Base plate,
foundation bolt set, top pipe to be closed with plate to prevent dust/water getting
into pipe. The pole to be installed with suitable concrete foundation pedestal for
grouting /fixing the GI structure.
25. Point-to-point transmitter & receiver- 802.11ax based outdoor IP67-rated
26. Large Format Display Monitors :Screen Size 55” (inches) or larger, Video
Resolution : 4K UHD (3840 x 2160), monitors shall be supplied with all
accessories.
