Role Purpose We are seeking a talented Data Architect to join our team.

As a member of our Data and AI services organization, you will work with our clients to
understand their business needs and develop innovative data and AI solutions to address
those needs. You will be responsible for designing and implementing data architectures, data
models, and data integration processes using the latest technologies, including Snowflake,
Databricks, Spark, Hadoop, and other big data tools.

Role Responsibilities  Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and develop innovative
data and AI solutions to address those needs
 Design and implement data architectures, data models, and data integration
processes using the latest technologies
 Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data
quality and integrity
 Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes using tools such as Spark,
Hadoop, and Databricks
 Implement data security measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and

availability of client data


 Ensure the performance of data systems and make recommendations for
improvements
 Provide technical leadership to the data engineering team and help them implement
best practices in data engineering and data architecture
 Stay up-to-date with the latest data technologies and trends and provide
recommendations for their adoption
 Participate in pre-sales activities, including scoping and estimation of projects, and
presenting solutions to clients
 Able to jump in and debug urgent production or development issues where needed
 Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions.
 Support multiple Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical
solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to
production.
 Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and
risks.
 Mentor and provide architectural guidance to multiple teams building innovative
applications.

Skills & Experience  Minimum 12+ years programming experience.


 5+ years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, and data integration
 Strong knowledge of data technologies, including Snowflake, Databricks, Spark,
Hadoop, and other big data tools
 Experience designing and developing data architectures and data models
 Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles
 Experience with ETL processes and tools, including Spark and Hadoop
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
 Strong communication and leadership skills
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team
 Experience working in an Agile environment
 Experience in pre-sales activities, including scoping and estimation of projects, and
presenting solutions to clients
 Experience in complete project life cycle activities on development and maintenance
projects.
 Knowledge and experience in developing software using agile methodologies.
 Experience working with a globally distributed team.
 Proven track record of technical leadership roles delivering solutions within defined
timeframes.
 Skilled in building relationships with clients and in practice development activities.
 Demonstrated success in performing work and managing complex and/or large
consulting projects.
 Excellent written and oral communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively
with technical and non-technical staff.
 Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
 Must be open to travel.
