You’ll just need to copy & paste the below URL into your browser:

evri.com/return/direct?clientId=297&childClientId=0

You’ll be taken to the Evri returns page for Gorgeous Shop where you can arrange for a collection of the parcel or to drop
it off to a parcel shop near you by following these steps:

1. Please fill out the required information (Order ID, email address and reason for return) and click continue
2. Select which returns option you would like to use
3. Choose to print your label in parcel shop (QR code emailed) or at home
4. If you’ve chosen parcel shop, you can then enter your postcode to find out which store is closest to you
