Performance Task 3
From among the five phases of Teaching Internship, which seems to be difficult? Why?
Final demonstration is the most difficult phase for me. This phase requires us to take full
responsibility for planning, instructing and managing the classroom. It also need us to address
the diverse needs of students while ensuring their engagement and learning. But overall, I love
this path and I will pursue my dream.
Writing my reflection
1. How can I enjoy my Teaching Internship to the fullest?
For me, I will aim for quality over quantity. It is important to make sure my lessons are
effective and communicative rather than focusing on completing a large number of
lessons without ensuring understanding. I will also stay focused on my goal on what I
want to achieve from the internship.
