MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made and entered into by and between:

Adamson University, a non-stock, non-profit educational institution of higher learning,

with address at 900 San Marcelino Street, Ermita, Manila, and represented herein by its
Dean, Dr. Elennor S. Austria. hereinafer referred to as the "UNIVERSITY";,
-and

Local Government Unit of Ragay, Camarines Sur, a corporation duly organized and
existing under the laws of the Philippines, with corporate address located Municipal
Quadrangle, Poblacion, Ragay, Camarines Sur epresented herein by its Municipal
Mayor, Hon. Thaddeus A. Ramos, Filipino, of legal age, hereinafter referred to as the
"PARTNER AGENCY".

WITNESSETH; That:

WHEREAS, the UNIVERSITY is offering various academic programs and has instituted
programs under the Guidance Placement Office:

WHEREAS, the PARTNER AGENCY agrces to support the programs of the

UNIVERSITY tocomplement the latter's existing various academic curricula to match industry
demand:

WHEREAS, the UNIVERSITY has established a professional program for its students
under the degrees of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology and Bachelor of Science
in Information System called the On-The-Job Training (0JT)Internship program, one of the
objectives of the program is to train students to become competitive and technologicaly innovative
professionals through actual exposure to a professional workplace:
NOW, THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing premises, the
UNIVERSITY and the PARTNER AGENCY agree and stipulate the following:
1. This Agreement aims to establish a framework for cooperation between the parties in the
areas of job placement and other partnerships, through the carrying out of joint actions;
2. Taking the laws and regulations of each organization into account, the objective of this
cooperation is to promote and develop the following:

Acceptance of Adamson Students for On-the-Job Training; and

Collaboration in Tracer Study particularly on giving feedbacks regarding the

performance of practicum students.

3. Each Party shall extend its fullcooperation to the joint actions/projects to be undertaken
under this MOA;

4. The duration of the program shall be equivalent to at least 486 working hours for
BSIT/BSIS students unless otherwise agreed upon by the PARTNER AGENCY and the
UNIVERSITY;

5. The UNIVERSITY shall be responsible for briefing the student-trainees who intend to
conduct practicum exposure in the PARTNER AGENCY as part of the UNIVERSITY's_
curriculum:
