Features
No. Function name Description
1 Full selection control In the automatic or attendant state, during the
operation of the elevator, in response to the command
signal in the car, it automatically responds to the up
and down call button signals. Passengers on any floor
can call the elevator by registering the up and down
call signal.
2 Maintenance operation This is the operation function used when inspecting or
debugging the elevator. When the operating conditions
are met, press the up/down buttons to jog the elevator
up/down at the inspection speed. Keep pressing the
button to keep the elevator running, and release the
button to stop running.
3 Low speed self-rescue When the elevator is in a non-maintenance state and is
operation not stopped in the door zone. At this time, as long as it
meets the safety requirements for starting, the elevator
will automatically run to the door zone at a slow speed
to open the door and release passengers.
4 Test running This is a function designed for testing or evaluating
new elevator. When a parameter is set to test running
on the mainboard, the elevator will automatically run.
The total number of automatic runs and the interval
between each run can be set by parameters.
5 Clock display There is a real-time clock inside the system, so the
exact time of each failure can be recorded when the
failure is recorded.
6 Automatic control to When there is auto running mode, after the elevator
maintain door opening automatically opens the door at the station, it will
time automatically close the door after a certain delay. If
there is no call signal registration delay 3 seconds when
docking the floor, if the call signal delay 3 seconds
(default value). This delay can be set in the parameters.
7 Open the door by the hall If the hall call button on this floor is pressed, the car
call button door will open automatically. If the button is held
down, the door remains open.
8 Door close button closes in In the automatic state, while keeping the door open,
advance you can press the door close button to make the door
immediately respond to the door closing action and
close the door in advance.
9 Open button to open the When the elevator stops in the door zone, you can press
door the door open button in the car to reopen the door that
has been closed or has not been closed.
10 Open the door repeatedly If the elevator continues to close the door for 15
seconds and the door lock has not been closed, the
elevator will switch to the open state.
11 Stop at next floor If the elevator continues to open the door for 15
seconds and the door opening limit has not been
activated, the elevator will become the door closed state
and respond to the next call and command after the
door is closed.
12 Car call cancel After the passenger presses the command button and is
registered, he finds that it does not match the actual
requirements, he can press the button of the wrong
command twice, and the registered signal is cancelled.
13 Automatically cancel When the elevator arrives at the terminal floor and is
command when reverse about to reverse, all the original registered calls will be
cancelled.

14 Bypass hall call at full load In the automatic running state, when the car is fully
loaded (generally 80℅ of the rated load), the elevator
does not respond to the passing hall call signal but only
responds to the car call command signal.
15 The lighting in the car and If the elevator has no call registration exceeding 5
the fan are automatically minutes (default value, this time can be adjusted by
cut off when the elevator is parameters), the lighting in the car and the fan are
standby automatically powered off. After receiving the call
signal, it will be automatically powered on and put into
use again.
16 Automatic return to base When running without an attendant, if the automatic
station return to base station function is enabled, when there is
no command or call, the elevator will automatically
return to the base station after a certain time delay
(time can be set by parameter).
17 LCD interface operator A liquid crystal display and an operation panel are
installed on the main board, which can display the
speed, direction, state and running speed of the
elevator, and can also query the elevator fault records
through it.

18 Fault history 20 recent faults can be recorded, including time of

occurrence, floor, and fault code.
19 Self-learning of the data of Before the elevator is normal operated, start the shaft
the shaft learning function of the system, learn various data in
the shaft (floor height, protection switch position,
deceleration switch position, etc.), and permanently
save these operating data.
20 Any setting of service floor Through the handheld operator, you can set which
landings the elevator can stop and which landings are
not at will.
21 Floor display character The characters displayed on each floor can be set
setting through the handheld operator, such as the display of
"G" on the ground floor.
22 Attendant operation Attendant operation can be selected through the toggle
switch of the car control panel. When the attendant
operates, the elevator does not automatically close the
door. The elevator closes the door under the condition
that the attendant continues to press the door close
button. At the same time, it also has direction selection
and bypass button function. Other functions are as
non-attendant mode.
23 Independent operation Independent operation is dedicated operation. At this
time, the elevator does not accept hall call registration,
nor does it automatically close the door. Its operation
mode is similar to that of the attendant mode.
24 Dot matrix floor display Dot-matrix floor displays are used in the hall and
inside the car, with the characteristics of rich
characters, vivid display and beautiful fonts.
25 Scroll display running The floor displays outside the hall and inside the car
direction show the running direction in a rolling manner when
the elevator is running.
26 Automatically correct When the elevator is running, at each terminal switch
floor position signals action point and each floor door zone action point, the
elevator position signal is corrected with the position
data obtained during self-learning.
27 Lock service In the automatic operation state, after the lock switch
is set, all hall call registrations are eliminated. The
elevator is still running normally and only responds to
the instructions in the car until there is no instruction
to register. Then return to the base station, turn off the
lighting and fan in the car after opening the door
automatically, light the door opening button,
automatically close the door after a delay of 10 seconds,
and then stop the elevator. When the elevator lock
switch is reset, the elevator restarts normal operation.
28 Protection outside the For safety reasons, outside the door zone, the system is
door area that cannot be set to not open the door
opened
29 Door light curtain Each elevator is equipped with a door light curtain
protection protection device. When something is blocked between
the two car doors, the light curtain protects and the
elevator opens the door. However, light curtain
protection does not work during fire protection
operations.
30 Overload protection When the overload switch acts, the elevator does not
close the door and the buzzer sounds.
31 Light load anti-nuisance When equipped with a light-load switch, when the
light-load switch operates and the number of car
commands exceeds the set value (this value can be
adjusted by parameters), the system will eliminate all
commands.
32 Reverse operation When the system detects that the direction of the
protection elevator running for 3 consecutive seconds is
inconsistent with the commanded direction, it will
immediately emergency stop and fault alarm.
33 Anti-slip protection In the non-maintenance state, during the elevator
operation, if the running time limiter continues to run
for a specified period of time (maximum 45 seconds),
and no leveling switch has been activated, the system
considers that the wire rope slippage fault has been
detected, so the car is stopped. All operations can not
resume normal operation until the power is reset or
when it goes to the maintenance state.
34 Anti-car sliding After the system detects that when the elevator
protection stopping at door zone, a feedback pulse is generated for
3 consecutive seconds, and it is judged that the elevator
is sliding, so it will give a fault alarm and prevent the
elevator from running when there is a fault.
35 Terminal overshoot The upper and lower terminals of the elevator are
protection equipped with terminal deceleration switch, terminal
limit switch and terminal limit switch to ensure that the
elevator will not exceed the stroke.
36 Safety contactor contact The system detects whether the safety relay and
detection and protection contactor contacts are acting reliably. If the contact
action is inconsistent with the driving state of the coil,
all operations of the car will be stopped.
37 Governor fault protection The system stops emergency when it receives the
governor fault signal and prevents the elevator from
running when there is a fault.
38 Master CPU WDT The main control board is provided with WDT
protection protection. When a CPU failure or program failure is
detected, the WDT circuit forces the output point of the
main controller to be OFF and resets the CPU.
39 Voice reporting function When the system is equipped with a voice reporting
station function, during each leveling process of the
elevator, the voice reporting device will report the floor
that is about to arrive. Before each closing of the door,
the reporting device will predict the direction of the
elevator to run. and many more.
40 Car arrival chime During the deceleration and leveling process of the
elevator, the up and down arrival chime installed on
the car top or bottom will sound to remind the
passengers in the car and the passengers outside the
hall that the elevator is leveling and arrives at the
station immediately.
41 Power failure emergency When the car in operation is not in the door area due to
leveling a power outage in the building and traps people, the
power-failure emergency leveling device will start,
driving the elevator to run at a low speed near the door
area to open the door and release people.
42 Fire emergency return When a fire is encountered, after the fire return switch
operation is set, the elevator immediately eliminates all
instructions and calls, and runs to the fire station in the
fastest way, then opens the door and stops the elevator
43 Firefighter operation
44 Duplex operation Duplex control is the data transmission between the
two units through the CAN serial communication bus
to achieve the function of coordinating the calling of
the two elevators at each floor, thereby improving the
operating efficiency of the elevator.
45 Group control operation Group control, as the name implies, is the centralized
control of multiple elevators. This system can achieve
group control of up to eight elevators.

iv.Installation principle of shaft switch

4.1 Encoder positioning

In Figure 1, the elevator goes up at high speed
In Figure 2, the elevator reaches the deceleration point and changes from high speed to creep
speed
In Figure 3, both UpL (upper leveling switch) and DnL (lower leveling switch) are activated, and
the elevator corrects the pulse and the floor and keep creep speed.
In Figure 4, both UpL (upper leveling switch) and DnL (lower leveling switch) are activated.
When the leveling point is reached, the elevator stops.

Note: UpV1 is up low-speed forced deceleration switch, UpV2 is up high-speed forced

deceleration switch,
DnV1 is down low-speed forced deceleration switch, DnV2 is down high-speed forced
deceleration switch,
UpLimit is the upper limit switch, DnLimit is the lower limit switch.
D1: Distance from UpL to DpL, generally >100 mm
D2: The depth of the upper leveling sensor inserted into the leveling plate, generally >30
mm
D3: The depth of the lower leveling sensor inserted into the leveling plate, generally >30
mm
D4: Length of leveling plate, generally >220 mm
4.2 Switch positioning

In Figure 1, the elevator goes up at high speed

In Figure 2, the elevator goes to UpL (upper leveling switch for deceleration), from high speed to
low speed
In Figure 3, DnL (lower leveling switch) acts and the elevator continues to move.
In Figure 4, both UpL (upper leveling switch) and DnL (lower leveling switch) are activated and
the elevator stops.

If the following line:

1. The elevator goes down at high speed
2. Elevator gets to DnL (lower leveling switch for deceleration), from high speed to low speed
3.UpL (upper level switch) action, the elevator continues to move.
4.Both UpL (upper leveling switch) and DnL (lower leveling switch) are activated and the elevator
stops.

Note: UpV1 is up low-speed forced deceleration switch.

DnV1 is down low-speed forced deceleration switch.
UpLimit is the upper limit switch, DnLimit is the lower limit switch.
D1: The length of the upper leveling plate, generally >220 mm
D2: Length of door zone, generally >80 mm
D3: The length of the lower leveling plate, generally >220 mm
4.3 Automatic door logic

In Figure 1, the door is closed, LK (door lock) = closed; EC (door closed in position) = off; EO
(open door in place) = ON
In Figure 2, during the door opening and closing, LK (door lock) = open; EC (door closed in
position) = ON; EO (open door in place) = ON
In Figure 3, the door is opened, LK (door lock) = open; EC (door closed in position) = ON; EO
(open door in place) = OFF
Note: The above is the action principle of automatic door control.
