Why do you want to fit this part?


• To make the use of the front brake and clutch lever more comfortable without pinching your
fingers when pulling the clutch.

This part fits on the following motorcycles:


• BMW F750GS, F850GS & F850GS Adventure

Part list:
• 1 x Two-Finger Front Brake Lever
• 1 x Two-Finger Clutch Lever

Tools needed:
• T25 Torx
• Longnose pliers
• Torx 30
• 8mm spanner
• 8mm Drill bit
• Mallet
• Flat screwdriver
• 10mm spanner

Fitment Instructions:

Two-Finger Clutch Lever

Step 1: Unscrew the indicated screw


using a Torx 25.

Step 2: Pull the handguards support


bracket outwards to gain access to the
lever bolt.

Adjuster Knob
Step 3: Turn adjuster knob lock nut out
completely clockwise and the adjuster
knob all the way anti-clockwise.

Step 4: Undo the indicated screw using a


T25 to gain access to the clutch cable on
the bottom left-hand side of the bike.

Pull the cover outwards to get to the clutch


cable.

Step 5: Unhook the clutch cable by


grabbing the cable with a longnose pliers.

Step 6: Loosen the lever bolt using a Torx


30 at the top and am 8mm spanner at the
bottom

Step 7: Pull the clutch lever outwards and


unhook the clutch cable attached to the
lever at the bottom. Take note the clutch
switch cover will also come off – put it
aside.

Step 8: Set the adjuster knob on no.1 and


use an 8mm drill bit and a mallet to tap out
the copper bush – take care not to lose
the inside spring

Step 9: Slide adjuster knob out and


rebuild all the components over onto the
Wild@Heart lever using the reverse
process. Make sure the adjuster knob is
set on no.1 before you continue

Step 10: Ensure the spring is positively


located into the dedicated pin and hole in
the lever

Two-Finger Front Brake Lever

Step 1: Follow step 1 & 2 from the clutch instruction, but now on the front brake side.

Step 2: Use a 10mm spanner at the bottom and


a flat screwdriver at the top to undo and remove
the indicated bolt. Pull the lever outward to
remove – no cables this side

Step 3: First set the adjuster knob to setting


no.1 then use a 10mm drill bit and a mallet to
tap out the indicated bush – pay attention not to
lose the inside spring.

Step 4: Slide the adjuster knob out of the lever but pay attention as it is spring loaded at the
bottom. If spring is stuck pull it out with the longnose pliers. Rebuild the components onto the
Wild@Heart lever and install on the bike. Make sure the adjuster knob is set to no.1 and the
spring is located positively into the dedicated areas. If the bush struggles to push through clean
the bush and inside of the holes with a bit of sanding paper if necessary.

Step 5: Ensure all bolts are fastened and the brake lever set properly before riding.
