About
We are thrilled to introduce you to our Level Up Internship Program, which offers internship services
to our clients in various fields such as Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Content Creation,
Financial Management, Web Development, and more.

Our program provides an opportunity for university students to gain practical experience in their
chosen field, while also providing clients with affordable and high-quality work.

We've partnered with different universities in the Philippines to gather students who'd like to
conduct their internships with us.

What is required from you?


While our HR team are taking care of the onboarding phase, we will work with you to create the
following:
Training videos or SOP (standard operating procedures) so that your new intern knows what to
do.
Any scripts that might be needed for lead generation or templates to use for content creation.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or reporting metrics for your team to give to you at the end
of each month.

Note: To set proper expectations, all interns are hired to be trained at first since they don't have
prior work experience as they're still in school.

The reason we need these things before you start working with your intern is so that you have the
highest chance of success working together! If you do not have proper systems or processes set
up in your business, it would be very hard for your team to know how to hit their KPIs.

With our secret strategy to create your SOPs, you will have them all done in less than 2 hrs. So don't
stress about how much time it will take, we have got you covered!

After finishing the internship period, the interns could also have the opportunity to continue working
for the same client under our regular VA services terms

Price
$300 AUD per month for 8 hours per day of work (Monday - Friday)
3 months of lock in (since each Intern is required to finish a certain amount of hours)
