Job summary
As a React JS Tech Lead, you will be a key technical authority, responsible for leading and
mentoring a team of developers. You will play a crucial role in the design, development, and
delivery of high-quality software solutions. This position requires a deep understanding of
React JS technologies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively
with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop and test React JS applications.
● Develop user interfaces with a focus on usability and performance using React JS.
● Design and implement responsive web applications that work seamlessly across various
devices and browsers.
● Understand business requirements and deliver end-to-end.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to
deliver high-quality software solutions.
● Lead the front-end development process, providing technical guidance and mentoring
junior developers.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending best
practices to enhance the development process.
● Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
● Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues throughout the software lifecycle .
● Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.


● 6-9 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on
React.js.
● Proven experience in developing and deploying large-scale, high-traffic web applications
using React JS
● Expertise in JavaScript, ES6/ES7, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
● Solid understanding of state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and component-based
architecture.
● Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
● Familiarity with build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM.
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical
requirements
● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative
environment.
● Excellent communication and team management skills.
