 EXPERIENCE

 MCC ENGINEER/AIRCRAFT CERTIFYING ENGINEER, GERRY’S DNATA (NOV 2020 – PRESENT)

 Maintenance Control Center Engineer

 Managing the maintenance control center and coordinating all the maintenance work between Line
Maintenance and the Operator.
 Keeping a track of the rotation of aircrafts and issuing maintenance requirements as per the MEL,
ADD, DD and CDL.
 Keeping a record of all the maintenance work and monitoring the repeated defects and issuing
relevant troubleshooting in accordance with the approved maintenance data.
 Suggesting the maintenance to line maintenance engineers with prompt action to support the
operations efficiently and effectively.
 Building a close liaison with the maintenance control centers of other contracted operators to
rectify a defect in time to avoid delays and cost.
 Liaising with the GHA to provide the equipment required for maintenance.
 Ensure that all maintenance work is performed according to prescribed standards and procedures
and all flight reported defects are properly attended.
 Ensure that safe work practices are being observed while performing maintenance tasks. All tools
and equipment are in serviceable condition and calibrated (if required).
 Ensure that the work sheets of the aircraft are complete in all respect as soon as the work is
completed before the release of aircraft.
 Attend all arrivals and departures to maintain direct contact with the flight crew.
 Evaluate and declare a technical delay in coordination with Maintenance Manager/Chief Engineer
expeditiously and keep a follow up. Details for such delays is prepared after the departure of the
aircraft.
 Prepare and submit a report of any incident/accident or any other special occurrences to the QA
Department and Maintenance Manager/Chief Engineer LM.

 The details of outstanding work and any peculiar problems faced in the shift are recorded and
properly conveyed to the concerned in the handing over register.
 Initiate any MEL deviation (if required) to avoid a delay and obtain approval of the same through
Maintenance Manager/Chief Engineer.
 Contribute to shortening of elapsed times for each type of maintenance service through creative
suggestions for improvement of procedures, equipment, skills and inventory control etc.
 Perform any other task assigned by Chief Engineer LM/Maintenance Manager as and when
required.

• I have also certified 3rd party aircrafts on company’s demand for Air blue and Air Arabia having Airbus

• I have performed Flight Duties as a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Flight Engineer for Defect
Rectification Confirmation and Defect Isolation. Being a Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer/Shift
In-charge I have maintained shift maintenance capability and facility up to approved standards,
maintained station’s technical store for proper tooling, calibration and parts/spares availability,
Handled AOG situations on station, Liaison with MCC, Station Manager and Chief Engineer in AOG
situations, maintained training record of shift staff and Managed, trained and motivated staff for

• I worked as a maintenance coordination officer for Rayan Air. Carried out and coordinated major
checks including Checks A, C and D on Rayan Air’s fleet having Boeing 747-200
• Kept and maintained records of 3rd party maintenance paperwork between Rayan Air and PIA strictly
in accordance with AMM, IPC, SRM, ARO’s, AMP and Company procedures for Record keeping.

 APPRENTICE, PIA (JUL 2009 – JUL 2012)

• Worked in PIA as an apprentice mechanic for 1.5 years OJT in Base Maintenance carrying out Major
maintenance on aircrafts, Shops checks and major aircraft base checks including checks A, C and D on
all the fleet of PIA including Boeing 777-200/300 LR & ER with GE 90/110, Boeing 737-300 with CFM 56-
