The more effective manager will provide information, opinions and ideas, and will value
the information, opinions and ideas from subordinates. The more information is shared,
the more successful the communication will become. The ineffective flow of information
delays and distorts the messages being passed along and information is lost,
misplaced or hidden and consequently communication suffers.
