Safety caution
Please read safety caution before operating to make sure machine is operated rightly.

The listed safety caution matters are the important contents about safety .Please be

sure to obey .The classification of safety cautions can be divided by "dangerous" and

"attention".

Dangerous If use improperly, will be dangerous, may cause death or

serious injury.

Attention If use improperly, will be dangerous, may cause moderate

damage, minor injuries or material damage occurred only.

Dangerous

1. Equipment maintenance and inspection, equipment must be

determined before a standstill.

2. All pneumatic valves must be on original position before

maintenance and inspection.(no compressed air )

3. During circuit repair, these must be licensed electrician for repairing.

4. The valve or piping for repair or replacement seal, please confirm

that the acid and alkali in the pipe to all empty, and be careful burns.

5. Please make sure the clamp and fixed screw tightening up all before

the equipment is functioning!

6. Equipment boot before operation, please make sure the piping has

been properly connected, the valve open correctly.

7. Equipment run time please confirm that within the scope of the

design pressure.

8. The equipment must be grounded, grounding resistance is less than

0.1 !

Attention

1. Manual and pneumatic valve installation must confirm the identity of

the valve core and unload come open and close status.

2. Equipment of pipe memory there is water there is a risk of frost crack,

please keep the room temperature is higher than above zero.

3. Operation staff must be in training qualified personnel.

4. Equipment must be free from chloride and salt water, otherwise it

will cause equipment corrosion.

5. Please according to the equipment required to provide water,

electricity, steam, compressed air, and connection pipe according to the

requirement (pipe size, length, installation location).

6. Please observe operating instructions and take protective appliance,

repair and maintenance of production records in order to query.

Attention
Steam must be conducted before using drainage, eliminate

condensation water and other impurities. If there are impurities

in the steam pressure reducing valve will cause steam pressure

failure after decompression.

Check that the steam into the total valve reaches more than 0.6 MPa.

After reducing valve steam pressure to achieve general working

pressure (0.3 ~ 0. 35 MPa). Must be straight forward to observe the

pressure gauge to have correct readings.

Attention
Dry, anhydrous oil-free compressed air must be provided;

otherwise, the regulating valve is easily damaged. Due to the

compressed air pressure reducing valve response lag, increase

after seeing much to ensure that the correct pressure.

Check the compressed air. Total valve pressure is 0.55 MPa. And in the

regular production equipment, make sure other compressed air

pressure reducing valve in the normal pressure.

Attention
Must not contain salt water and chloride ion. Sediment,

groundwater should be softening not contain no easy scaling,

affect the continuous production time。

Check the water. Hot water, material barrel you have plenty of water

circulation. Ice water, tower water, cooling water, have all been ready. If

you are using degassing machine, homogenizer, flash machine, such as

the need of the cooling water has been open.

Check all the electricity. With 380 power supply. And confirm all the parameters

in the touch screen is correct.

Check the manual valve position. Please make sure all the manual valves in the

correct position. Including the homogenizer, degassing, flash, separation, etc.
