Team Manual U16 Def
Participants
Athletes, both male and female, born only in 2007 and later, are eligible to compete in the
international match. Each country may be represented by 2 athletes in each discipline and 1
relay. The total number of participants, including officials and bus drivers, is 74 persons
maximum.
Entry
The list of the participants with their names in alphabetical order shall be sent on the official
Entry Form latest by Monday 19 September 2022, until 12 am (midnight) via email to
[email protected].

Warm-up
Warm up area is located next to the main stadium, surface artificial grass.
Call room
Call room will be situated in the tent with a sign “Call room” at the warm-up area. All
participants must report to the call room according to the following times before the start of the
corresponding event.
Medical service
Available during the entire competition, in the basement of the tribune and next to the home
straight under the tribune. It will be marked appropriately.
Doping control
Doping controls shall be conducted in accordance with WA Rules and Procedures.
The doping control room will be situated in the main tribune, marked appropriately.
Arrival of teams
Teams shall arrive to the stadium on Friday 23 September by 4 pm, where they will be met by
the organiser.

Meal
Meals will be served at the place of accommodation (dinner and breakfast). This will be
communicated to the teams at their respective hotel. Lunch for all teams will be served at the
restaurant next to the stadium (in sports hall).
The technical meeting will be held on Friday 23 September 2022 at 6:00 pm in the tribune at
main stadium. Max. 2 representatives from each team may attend the technical meeting.
Implements checking
Will be in the basement of the main tribune. All implements must be checked no later than 90
minutes before the start of the event.
Scoring:
Following method will be used to score in individual events: 11, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2 and 1
point. Relays will be scored by following method: 6, 4, 3, 2 and 1 point.
Victory ceremony
Teams on the 1st – 3rd places in each category will be awarded with the medals. The overall
winner of the team placing will be awarded with the cup.
Opening ceremony
Opening ceremony will take place at 10:00 am. No participants from teams are required.
The protective measures regarding the conditions of entry into the Czech Republic in relation to
the epidemic of covid-19 have been suspended. There is no need to have any test results or fill
out any entry form.
If any conditions change closer to the date of the event, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Miscellaneous:
• Dressing rooms are located in the main tribune of the stadium (2) and in the sports hall
(5) next to the stadium, it is also possible to use dressing rooms in the building next to
the warm-up area (6). Changing rooms will be available only for changing of clothes.
• Each athlete will receive 2 bibs, which will be worn on the chest and back, except for
jumping events, where only one start number is sufficient.
• Parking for buses will be allowed only at the parking of the City Stadium, entrance from
Sokolska street.
