2nd Round - Technical Interview
3rd Round – Final Technical + HR Interview (at Indore office)

11. Key Skills required for Software Development Role–
• Should have sound knowledge of programming in any one technology (Java, PHP, .Net).
• Understanding of SDLC with strong logical, Analytical, problem solving & communication Skill
• Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Knowledge of MVC would be an added advantage.
12. Key Skills required for Software Testing Role–
• Strong Analytical & logical Skills. • Customer centric approach and passion for delivering quality
product to the customers.• Critical thinker • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal
supervision. • Knowledge of SDLC and Basic Computer skills.
13. Key Skills required for DevOps Engineer Role–
• Must have a good understanding of SDLC. • Must have knowledge of AWS, Azure, Bitbucket, Git,
Jenkins, Google Cloud, Oracle Cloud, Docker. • Knowledge of Linux, Windows server, Unix Server
Monitoring tools and Shell scripting.
14. Key Skills required for Business Development Executive Role–
• Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients. • High attention to detail and a
focus on fact-based decision making. • Resourceful, with outstanding research skills. • Must have
excellent negotiation, planning, sales & presentation skills.
15. Key Skills required for Human Resource Specialist Role– • Good Conflict Management skills •
