一、 Description :
The use of pasteurization method, all kinds of packaging products,

vegetables or canned food through the temperature of automatic

adjustment, the sterilization tank in the hot water temperature control

between 80-90 degrees Celsius, which can play a bactericidal effect, but

四、operation:
1. Turn on the power, the device is three-phase four-wire, one of the

double red line is zero line (Please professional wiring operation, to

prevent damage to the device).

2. Turn on the power switch, set the temperature; set the temperature

process: Press SET, right-click to debug the need to adjust the median,

press the up and down keys to set the specific value, set and then press

the SET button to confirm.

3. Open the sterilization switch, the device began to heat up, the

temperature rises to the set value automatically stops, the temperature

drop during the work automatically work.

4. The temperature rises to the set value, open, net belt start running,
sterilization.

5. Turn on the power first to start the mesh belt, and then open the water

pump spray, turn on the heating switch, the knob clockwise speed to

increase speed, whereas the speed is reduced.

6. Heater divided into six groups, electrical box control each button to

control a group.

7. Electrical box with automatic temperature control, heating to the

degree you requested automatically stop.

五、Precautions:
After the work is done teveryday, the equipment should be cleaned.

. Every month should check the oil level and oil level, if necessary, for oil

or oil change operations for the 32 oil turbine oil.

When the equipment is moved and rewired, the steering of the motor
