 Whether the manufacturer is listed in the specification
 Letter from manufacturer to confirm about the compliance with the specification for the
product
B. Company profile
C. Organization chart
D. Manufacturing facility and capability
E. Testing facility if any
F. Company registration
G. ISO Certificates and any other certificates (GOSI, SASO, TAX & ZAKAT etc)
H. Logistic plan (If outside the country)
I. Maintenance team (If outside the country – to cover the defect liability & warranty period)
J. List of projects completed and ongoing
K. Previous approval for the proposed products (The same to be attached along with material
approval)
L. Authorization letter to system supplier from manufacturer (If applicable)

A. Description
 Proposed material location of usage & application
B. Compliance statement
C. Product Proposal
 Letter from manufacturer
 letter of compatibility from manufacturer
 If any alternative, then provide justification with the requirement specified in the
specification
D. Prequalification
 Attach only the Prequalification approval sheet
 If any comment is open in the PQ, then need to attach only the supporting
document for close out and parallelly need to arrange for the resubmission of PQ
E. Product Technical Data sheet / Catalogue
 List of materials
 For Product technical data sheet submission
 Need to highlight relevant description mentioned in the compliance statement
for easy reference
 If the standard specified in specification is not matching manufacturer letter of
confirmation is required comparing to the standard specified in the
specification
 For catalogue submission
 Need to attach only the relevant page of the proposed material from the
catalogue
 Proposed product must be highlighted clearly in the catalogue
 If the standard specified in specification is not matching manufacturer letter of
confirmation is required comparing to the standard specified in the
specification
F. Country of origin – (For MEP need to list each parts along with country of origin)
G. Third party product test reports
 To attach 3rd party test report related to the proposed product (Recent test reports
to be provided otherwise justification required from manufacturer for the
validating of old test reports)
 Ensure to have all the test report which is specified in the specification
 If any test report is not available, then manufacturer must provide confirmation
letter for the same attaching internal test reports or the justification not to have
the test related to the product
 If any test method standard is not matching with the specification, then
manufacturer need to provide the justification of the same comparing to the
standard specified in the specification
