1.1 Unpacking
Please check the machine after opening the packing box, contact the supplier if
there is any damage.
1.2 Accessories Inspection
Open the upper cover and take out power line and accessories bag (manual, fuse)
1.3 Installation conditions and usage environment
Place the machine on a flat desktop and leave it away from flammable and
explosive materials.
1.4 Installation
The outlet is switched off and add water in the pot, the water line must be 5cm
higher than heating pipe. Make sure the machine and power plug are connected
well.
1.5 Inspection after installation
Check if the power supply connected is correct and the grounding is reliable,
make sure the heating pipe should be completely submerged in water.

2.2 Functions
This apparatus is designed for use in distilling, drying, concentrating and heat
soaking chemicals or biological products.

2.3 Product Structure


It is made of imported stainless steel with machining technics of exact
mechanism. It can be resistant of high temperature and corrosion. The equipment
of controlling temperature is designed with operation amplifier of high stability,
A/D conversion of double integral and high precision, and infrared heating
technics. The time of heating balance is short and the uniformity of temperature is
good. LED display the measured value, not only intuitionistic, but also accurate.

2.5 Operation Instruction

Operation guide
The power supply must use electrical line of 220V 50HZ 10A and have earthing
equipment.
 Affuse the water and then electrify before using, the water line in the pot
can be under the heating tube.
 Turn off the power supply if not use for long time.

Operation procedure
 Before using, add enough water in the pot, then cover the
cover board.
 Switch on the electrical source.
 Adjust temperature: Press “SET” or “△”、“▽”to adjust the
temperature. The below display (green) show “SP”, the above
display (red) show the adjust value of temperature. And then press
“△” （ or “▽” ） to make the temperature increase (or decrease). If
keep pressing, the temperature value will increase (or decrease)
slowly. After increasing (or decreasing) 10 numbers, the value will
increase (or decrease) quickly. Press “SET” to confirm and exit after
finish the above operation. If not press “SET” to confirm within one
minute after the temperature value amended, the amendment is
invalid. It will exit automatically.

2.6 Maintenance
1. Use and maintain the water bath pot accurately (such as appropriate
environment and working temperature etc.). Make it in the good working
condition to extend its using life.
2. Avoid the dust and feculence to enter in.
3. Wipe up the workbench with soft cloth after the system stops working.
4. This product is guaranteed to keep in good repair for one year from the
day leaving the factory and maintenance for all life.

maintenance:
