“A RESOLUTION ORGANIZING THE BARANGAY TANOD OF


BRGY. GREGORIO F. LORETO SR., POBLACION ZONE 18, BAYBAY CITY, LEYTE”

WHEREAS, Executive Order No. 309 issued by the President of the Philippines on
November 11, 1987, as amended by Executive Order No. 317 Series of 1988 and EO366
Series of 1996 mandated the organizing to Peace and Order Councils at the national,
regional, provincial, city/municipality and barangay;

WHEREAS, in order to suppressed criminality and maintaining peace and order in the
barangay, there is a need for fully coordinated measures involving Barangay Officials and
its constituents;

NOW, THEREFORE, upon motioned of Hon. Franconero O. Gabales and seconded by all
members present, Executive Order No. 11, organizing the Barangay Tanod of Brgy.
Gregorio F. Loreto Sr., Poblacion Zone 18, Baybay City, Leyte;

BE IT RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy.


Gregorio F. Loreto Sr., Pob. Zone 18 in session assembled, ORGANIZED THE BARANGAY
TANOD OF BRGY. GREGORIO F. LORETO SR., POBLACION ZONE 18, BAYBAY CITY,
LEYTE;

RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to all concerned offices for
information and guidance.
